I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and a Wellness/Fitness Professional.  I created this blog to record and share my stories, feelings, advice, and inspirations as I work to keep physical fitness and wellness high on my list of life’s priorities.   And if I make you laugh a little along the way, then that’s another goal fulfilled!

Why?

Because I believe that although fitness isn’t everything, it does make it a billion (OK, maybe just a thousand) times easier to achieve and maintain happiness, avoid depression, and build wonderful and meaningful relationships with the people in our lives.  Oh, and it helps you kick some butt when you need to!  :-)

Whether, like me, you’ve spent a lifetime in gyms, or you’ve never exercised a day in your life… tune in and enjoy!

    I used to work with this one fitness guy at my old gig. He used to walk around with this Extreme Gulp Mug. It looked like the size of a Heineken mini-keg, only it had a handle and it was filled with Coca-Cola. He would carry that around to his meetings and drink the whole thing down. Do you support this? Is this good fitness? What advice would you have for this gentleman? Thanks
